针刺治疗化疗后周围神经病变研究进展
Research Progress of Acupuncture in the Treatment of Chemotherapy-induced Peripheral Neuropathy
摘要
Abstract
Pain,numbness,muscle weakness and paresthesia are common adverse reactions of chemotherapy induced-peripheral neuropathy(CIPN),which seriously affect the quality of life and the prognosis of cancer patients.Acupuncture can safely and effectively improve the symptoms of such peripheral neuropathy.This article summarized the clinical application of various acupuncture methods in treating CIPN.Additionally,it reviewed the possible mechanisms of acupuncture in the treatment of CIPN,in terms of down-regulation of the expression level and functional activity of ion channels,down-regulation of glutamate levels,regulation of protein kinase levels,and inhibition of oxidative stress,etc.关键词
