技能型社会背景下技能人才的工匠精神培育
Cultivation of Craftsmanship Spirit for Skilled Talents in the Background of Skilled Society
摘要
Abstract
This article analyzes the dilemma of skilled talents in the construction of a skilled society in China from three aspects:relative shortage of effective supply,need for improvement in dynamic adjustment,and urgent need to solve structural contradictions.It points out that the construction of the connotation of a skilled society,the essence of skilled talent cultivation,and the quality of skilled talent cultivation are closely related to the cultivation of the craftsman spirit of skilled talents.Due to the challenges faced by the government in accelerating the cultivation of the craftsmanship spirit of skilled talents,biased school education concepts,low collaborative effects among enterprises,and weak student subjectivity,measures have been proposed to promote the craftsmanship spirit with the government as the driving force,implement the craftsmanship spirit with enterprises as the link,strengthen the craftsmanship spirit with schools as the guide,and recognize the craftsmanship spirit with students as the starting point,in order to promote the cultivation of the craftsmanship spirit of skilled talents in the context of a skilled society.关键词
