Abstract
"Dual teacher"is the main force for the sustainable development of vocational education.Strengthening the cultivation of"dual teacher quality"of vocational education teachers is an important strategy for building a high-quality"dual teacher"teaching team.Under the guidance of the"dual teacher"certification standards,this paper elaborates on the connotation of"dual teacher"competence,constructs a"dual teacher"competence model from three levels:basic competence,enhanced competence,and differentiated competence.and proposes"dual teacher"competence training strategies including improving the school-based training system,establishing a school enterprise collaborative cultivation model,constructing relevant guarantee mechanisms,and enhancing the self-development ability of teachers,so as to promote the construction of a high-quality"dual teacher"team in vocational education.关键词
