职业教育现场工程师的本质诠解
Explanation of the Essence of Field Engineer of Vocational Education
摘要
Abstract
At present,there are three kinds of"misinterpretation"of vocational education field engineers,namely,the replica of"excellence program",the reference of"general education",and the ambiguity of"talent type".Reflecting on the"misinterpretation",the main values of field engineers in vocational education are the endowment of craftsmen,the ability of virtue and skill,diligence and sincerity,and the unity of principle and skill.Based on the complex ability of vocational change,the real demand of industrial change,the advanced positioning of talent training,and the genealogy of the engineering profession,it is a new judgment on vocational education field engineers,and based on this,it is proposed that the cultivation direction of vocational education field engineers are national,international and historical.关键词
