长白山区路域两栖类动物繁殖生境退化及生态修复
Degradation and Ecological Restoration of Breeding Habitats for Amphibians around Roads in Changbai Mountain Area

Abstract
Road construction in Changbai Mountain area has adversely affected the breeding habitats of amphibians such as Salamandrella keyserlingii,Rana chensinensis and Bufo gargarizans.Based on the life history of amph-ibians,the dissolved oxygen and water level changes in the breeding ponds,and road lethal death of amphibians in 45 breeding ponds distributed within 50 m around the ring road in Changbai Mountain National Nature Reserve from 2021 to 2022 and their surrounding environment were investigated.Based on the environmental characteristics of amphibians breeding grounds,the degraded habitats of amphibians around the roads in Changbai Mountain area were divided into three types,including water body filled with dead branches and fallen leaves,water body with water level decline and road lethal areas for amphibians.Targeted ecological restoration measures were taken so as to improve the spawning environment of amphibians around the roads,reduce the road lethal death of amphibians and maintain the stability of amphibian populations.关键词
