脑梗死患者降压治疗达标影响因素决策树模型分析
Decision Tree Model Analysis of Influencing Factors of Blood Pressure Control in Patients with Cerebral Infarction
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the evaluation value of decision tree model on influencing factors of blood pressure reaching the standard in patients with cerebral infarction after antihypertensive treatment,in order to provide data support for antihypertensive treatment in secondary prevention of cerebral infarction.Method To establish Logistic regression model and decision tree model,and compare the two models using ROC curves.Results The decision tree model results showed that the main influencing factors for blood pressure compliance in patients with cerebral infarction after antihypertensive treatment include regular exercise,personalized medicine guided by pharmacogenetic testing,residential area,and living conditions.ROC curve analysis results showed that the accuracy rate (83.5％) and area under ROL curve (0.896) of the decision tree model were higher than those of the Logistic regression model.Conclusion The decision tree model have good application value in predicting blood pressure compliance in patients with cerebral infarction after antihypertensive treatment,and is superior to Logistic regression model.关键词
