摘要

Abstract

The traditional permanent magnet synchronous motor controller has a complex structure and slow dynamic response speed when the load suddenly changes, resulting in poor anti-interference ability and low work efficiency of the motor. This paper presents a non cascade control method of motor based on model predictive control ( MPC) and maximum torque ratio control ( MTPA) . Firstly, MPC and MTPA controllers are built. Then, the cost function in MPC is employed to simultaneously complete torque control and MTPA control. Finally, a dynamically allocated weight coefficient is introduced into the cost function to optimize the non cascaded MPC-MTPA controller. The simulation and experimental results show the proposed variable weight coefficient of non cascaded MPC-MTPA control method improves stability by 26% and dynamic response characteristics by 50% compared with those of traditional motor control methods.
