Abstract
To solve the problem of phase current distortion caused by harmonic current in permanent magnet synchronous motor of vehicle steer-by-wire system and improve the tracking performance of vehicle lateral control and the accuracy of aligning torque estimation, this paper proposes a harmonic suppression strategy for permanent magnet synchronous motor based on extended state observer and integral sliding mode controller. The extended state observer is employed to estimate the dq current of the fundamental current loop of the motor, and the decoupling and disturbance compensation are completed. According to the 5th and 7th harmonic currents extracted from the estimated current, the integral sliding mode controller is designed to realize the decoupling and suppression of the harmonic current. The simulation model of motor towing and vehicle is built by Carsim and Matlab/Simulink simulation platform. Our results show our strategy is effective in suppressing the 5th and 7th harmonic currents at rated speed and over rated speed, improving the accuracy of motor angle control and that of aligning torque estimation.关键词
