小型双缸往复式压缩机噪声模拟与实验
Noise simulation and test of small two-cylinder reciprocating compressor

Abstract
To address the excessive noise of the small double-cylinder reciprocating compressor used in oxygen concentrator, the pressure pulsation and bearing excitation of the compressor are solved by the joint simulation of Fluent aerodynamic simulation and LMS Virtual. Lab multi-body dynamics simulation module. Based on the structural free mode, the pressure pulsation and bearing excitation are added as boundary conditions, and the discrete noise distribution and sound pressure level cloud diagram of the double cylinder compressor are obtained by combining the acoustic vibration coupling theory. Our results show the peak frequencies that determine the compressor noise value are 800 Hz, 2500 Hz and 3100 Hz, close to the solid mode frequencies. Changes in the structural stiffness reduce the compressor crest noise. Our study may provide some references for the noise control of small reciprocating compressors.关键词
