基于硅胶腕带被动采样/气相色谱-质谱法的大学生群体合成麝香暴露监测研究OA北大核心CSTPCD
Research of Exposure Monitoring for Synthetic Musk among Col-lege Students Based on Passive Sampling of Silicone Bracelet and Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry
合成麝香(SMs)是日常洗护用品中广泛使用的香精添加剂,对人体的长期暴露具有潜在健康风险.该研究采用硅胶腕带作为被动采样器采集大学生人群日常接触的SMs,经乙酸乙酯溶液浸提后通过固相萃取(SPE)富集,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)和内标法检测个体样品中SMs的暴露浓度,并通过危险商(HQ)评估SMs暴露的健康风险.结果表明,佳乐麝香(HHCB)和吐纳麝香(AHTN)在5~500 µg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r2)均大于0.999,检出限为1.2~6.6 µg/L,定量下限为4.10~21.9 µg/L.HHCB和AHTN的加标回收率分别为91.6%~113%和92.7%~118%,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为1.9%~15%和0.81%~11%.在大学生人群中,HHCB和AHTN的每日暴露量分别为2.60 µg/(kg·d)和0.23 µg/(kg·d).SMs皮肤暴露的危险商(HQderm)小于1,尚不会对大学生群体产生人体健康风险.硅胶腕带可作为化学品人体皮肤暴露的被动采样器,为化学暴露与人体健康风险评估研究提供数据和新方法.
Synthetic musks(SMs)are widely utilized as flavor additives in everyday washing,and prolonged exposure to SMs may present potential health risks to humans.This study employs silicone bracelet as passive sampler for the collection of daily exposure to SMs among college students.After extraction with ethyl acetate solution,the samples were concentrated with solid phase extraction(SPE).The concentration of SMs in individual samples was detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)and internal standard method,while the health risks associated with SMs ex-posure were assessed by hazard quotient(HQ).The findings demonstrate that the galaxolide(HHCB)and tonalide(AHTN)were linear in the range of 5-500 µg/L,with linear correlation coefficients(r2)more than 0.999.The limits of detection for the analytes were 1.2-6.6 µg/L and the limits of quanti-tation were 4.10-21.9 µg/L.The recoveries of HHCB and AHTN ranged from 91.6%to 113%and from 92.7%to 118%,with relative standard deviations(RSDs)ranging from 1.9%to 15%and from 0.81%to 11%,respectively.The average daily exposure to HHCB and AHTN was found to be 2.60 µg/(kg·d)and 0.23 µg/(kg·d),respectively,among the college student population.The HQ of SMs dermal exposure is below 1,indicating no significant human health risk to the college student population.The study results confirm the silicone bracelet's potential as a new passive sampling de-vice for researching human compound exposure,offering valuable data and research methods for in-vestigating chemical exposure and assessing human health risks.
