电力工业上GIS(gas insulated switchgear)隔离开关的多种机械故障多是由传动机构及导电部结构应力变化导致,而这种应力变化的早期体现形式主要是卡涩缺陷.对GIS隔离开关卡涩缺陷的识别及量化对避免设备发生严重故障具有重要意义.然而,GIS隔离开关面临因工业现场开关机械状态的离散化导致的难以对卡涩缺陷进行识别和量化的问题,限制了运维人员对GIS隔离开关机械状态的感知能力与故障预警能力.文中以GIS隔离开关正常机械状态下的驱动电机功率曲线作为标准曲线,采用多窗口斜率的特征点识别方法,结合开关运行物理过程分析将电机功率曲线进行分段处理.在开关动作各分段内,采用弗雷歇距离分析对GIS隔离开关的卡涩缺陷进行识别,并相应地以标准曲线与动作曲线的弗雷歇距离作为量化依据.最后,通过ZF12B-126型GIS隔离开关实验,验证了文中所提出技术路线的有效性,实验证明在卡涩缺陷发展初期,文中采取的方法可以灵敏的对卡涩缺陷进行识别.

In the electric power industry,various mechanical faults of disconnector for in gas insulated switchgear(GIS)are often due to the stress variation of the driving mechanisms and conductive parts.The early manifestation of this kind of stress variation is mainly clogging defect.The identification and quantification of these clogging in GIS disconnector is of significant importance in preventing severe equipment failures.However,GIS disconnector faces challenges in identifying and quantifying the clogging defects due to the discrete nature of mechanical states result-ing from industrial operational conditions.This limitation hampers the ability of maintenance personnel to effectively perceive the mechanical condition of GIS disconnector and predict potential failures.In this paper,the power curve of the driving motor under normal mechanical conditions of GIS disconnector is used as the refere;nce curve.The multi-window slope-based feature point identification method is adopted,the analysis of the switch's operational physical processes is combined to segment the power curve of the motor.Within each segment of the switch's opera-tion,the Fréchet distance analysis is adopted to identify clogging defects of GIS disconnector.Furthermore,these de-fects are quantified by using the Fréchet distance between the standard curve and the operational curve.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed technological approach is validated through experiments on a ZF12B-126 model GIS disconnector.The experiments demonstrate that the method adopted in this paper is sensitive to the identification of clogging defects during the early stages of its development.
