Design of a New Type of Anti-interference High Voltage Disconnector

Abstract
In view of frequent failure of closing operation of outdoor HV disconnector due to the action of such exter-nal forces as external environment,a kind of new type of anti-interference high voltage disconnector is designed.First-ly,through the analysis of the structure and working principle of the traditional three column horizontal rotating high voltage disconnector,the reason for the early rolling over of the conductive rod during the closing operation of the high-voltage disconnector is obtained.Then,the design scheme of the anti-interference disconnector and the set up of the three-dimensional geometric model are given in combination with the motion characteristics of the sheave clear-ance mechanism and the four linkage damping mechanism.Finally,the installation position of the spring in the four linkage damping mechanism is determined by numerical simulation,and the design target requirements are verified.The results show that the structure can effectively solve the interference of external force on the conductive rod of tra-ditional high voltage disconnector,and can provide a reference evidence for the optimal design of structure of discon-nector.关键词
