摘要

Abstract

The conventional DC fiber-optic current transformer(FOCT)cannot meet the high-speed response re-quirements of flexible DC transmission engineering,so the step response characteristics of DC FOCT and its dynamic performance improvement methods need to be studied.In this paper,a comprehensive simulation,calculation and ex-perimental study of its dynamic characteristics are performed in combination with the discrete mathematical model of the DC FOCT.The results show that the key parameters affecting the step response characteristics of DC FOCT are transit time,forward channel gain,filter order and communication delay.A step response test platform for DC FOCT is set up,and the step response rise time of the DC FOCT is less than 50 μs after parameter optimization,which meets the relevant application requirements.
