Scheduling algorithm for general-purpose liquid handling and automation platform
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the project scheduling problem in the working process of the general-purpose liquid handling and automation platform,whose jobs should be completed with a low-latency,by referring to the relevant research on computer operating system job scheduling,a scheduling algorithm suitable for liquid pipetting platforms was first proposed based on dynamic priority.Then,the scheduling algorithms with five different dynamic priority functions were compared with the fixed priority scheduling algorithm in data experiments.Finally,results of the average relative job latency on random project datasets under different dynamic priority functions were compared.Research results show that the scheduling algorithm with the Leaky ReLU dynamic priority function has the best performance,whose service capability is 14.47%higher than that with the fixed priority.关键词
