基于排风需求的住宅复合动力烟道系统屋顶风机选型策略OA
Roof fan selection strategy for residential composite power flue system based on exhaust demand
住宅厨房排风系统可通过屋顶风机解决烟道静压过大、用户排风量不足的问题.搭建住宅复合动力烟道系统计算模型,以保证用户排风量为目标进行屋顶风机选型设计,研究6~35层烟道系统的屋顶风机选型.结果显示:选型计算中烟道干管流速与屋顶风机额定压力或额定风量放大系数呈现明显的线性关系,提出了基于烟道流速的选型估算方法与基于排风需求的住宅复合动力烟道系统的屋顶风机选型策略.所选屋顶风机可有效地提升烟道排风量,降低烟道静压,利于污染物的控制.研究表明,适当放大烟道面积以减小风机选型更有利于排风系统的节能.
The residential kitchen exhaust system can solve the problems of excessive static pressure of the flue and insufficient exhaust air volume of the user through the roof fan.The calculation model of the residential composite dynamic flue system was constructed,the roof fan selection design was carried out with the goal of ensuring the exhaust air volume of the user,and the roof fan selection of the 6~35 layer flue system was studied.The results show that there is an obvious linear relationship between the flue main pipe flow velocity and the rated pressure or the rated air volume amplification coefficient of the roof fan in the selection calculation,and the selection and estimation method based on the flue flow rate and the roof fan selection strategy of the residential composite dynamic flue system based on exhaust air demand are proposed.The selected roof fan can effectively increase the exhaust air volume of the flue,reduce the static pressure of the flue,and facilitate the control of pollutants.The results indicates that the flue area should be enlarged appropriately to reduce the fan selection,which is more conducive to the energy saving of the exhaust system.
