基于实测数据的地铁车站强电设备发热量影响因素分析OA
Analysis of influencing factors of calorific value of strong current equipment in subway stations based on measured data
如果地铁车站强电设备管理用房的空调系统设计缺少可靠的设备发热量参数,不利于地铁空调系统的优化设计和节能减排.提出一种地铁车站强电设备管理用房空调设备发热量计算与分析方法,并在郑州地区4种地铁车站中进行应用,研究室内空气温度、地铁是否运营、设备额定功率和车站类型等因素对地铁强电设备管理用房设备发热量的影响.结果显示:室内气温虽然对设备外表面温度有较大影响,但是对设备外表面热流密度和设备发热量的影响较小.地铁运营期间的设备发热量大于非营运期间的设备发热量,设备发热量低于设备额定功率.
If the design of the air-conditioning system of the high-current equipment management room of the subway station lacks reliable equipment calorific parameters,it is not conducive to the optimal design of the subway air-conditioning system and energy saving and emission reduction.This paper proposes a method for calorific calculation and analysis of air conditioning equipment in the management room of subway station strong current equipment,and applies it to four subway stations in Zhengzhou area,and studies the influence of indoor air temperature,subway operation,equipment rated power and station type on the heat generation of subway strong current equipment management room equipment.The results show that although the indoor air temperature has a great influence on the external surface temperature of the equipment,it has little influence on the heat flux density and heat generation of the equipment.The heat generated by the equipment during the operation of the subway is greater than that generated by the equipment during the non-operating period,and the heat generated by the equipment is lower than the rated power of the equipment.
