摘要
Abstract
This article reviews the characteristics of health management and intervention of patients with chronic heart failure in the community,and clarifies the key points of community management of patients with heart failure,in order to significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of patients with heart failure,reduce the number of hospitalizations,improve the quality of life.关键词
