临海市女性HPV感染情况分析
Analysis of HPV Infection Among Women in Linhai City
摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand the present situation and age distribution of cervical human papillomavirus(HPV)infection among women in Linhai City and to provide the reference for cervical cancer screening and HPV vaccination in this area.Methods From January 2019 to December 2022,the HPV infection of 5 932 female patients was analyzed retrospectively.Results HPV infection rate of Linhai was 24.85%,mainly high-risk HPV infection,and 24 types were detected.Among HPV positive people,the single type infection rate was 17.99%.The infection rate of HPV in different age groups was different.After 20 years old,the infection rate of HPV in all age groups increased with age,and the difference of HPV infection rate in all age groups was statistically significant.Conclusion The infection rate of HPV among women in Linhai City is relatively high.It is suggested that school-age women should establish self-protection awareness,avoid sexually transmitted diseases,get timely cervical cancer vaccine and reduce the risk of infection.关键词
