摘要

Abstract

The rapid growth in demand for video services poses a significant challenge for smooth video playback.From a user-experience perspective,the jamming time during video playback may be one of the most critical indicators.With the development of 5G network technology,Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access(NOMA)technology has received special attention.The NOMA technology has two characteristics:Superimposed Coding(SC)and Continuous Interference Cancellation(SIC).Parallel data transmission can be achieved based on these characteristics.The parallel transmission capability of NOMA technology is used to improve the real-time performance of Base Stations(BS)that provide videos to users.By combining BS user pairing and BS power allocation,the jamming time during video playback can be shortened,given the video name and resolution required by the user.By modeling the problem and proposing a two-step heuristic algorithm to solve it,the first step is to determine the pairing method between the BS and user,and the second step is to allocate the transmission power of the BS.The experimental results show that,compared with traditional transmission scheduling schemes,the NOMA-based transmission scheduling scheme exhibits a significant decrease in the average jamming time required by users.Compared with the case of 2-SIC receivers without the NOMA mechanism,the average jamming time of users decreases by 55.56%.
