Abstract

Based on the analysis of the PLC's variable frequency speed regulation process,in order to optimize the problems of overshoot,load fluctuation,and slow dynamic response in the starting of asynchronous motors,this paper proposes an adaptive fuzzy PID control method to apply to the variable frequency regulation of asynchronous motors.The main and auxiliary controller models are used to change the original single transfer function model,and the adaptive fuzzy PID algorithm is added to the original speed control system of the motor to modify the parameters online,which solves the problem that cannot be quickly restored to stabil-ity due to changes in external conditions.Simulink is used to construct a system simulation model,obtain the dynamic characteristic curve of the reaction system,and compare the fuzzy PID with the traditional PID to explore an optimized control method for the mo-tor.The experimental data shows that the fuzzy adaptive PID control achieves the pre-control effect,which improves the dynamic performance and steady-state performance of the asynchronous motor,and it has strong robustness.
