摘要

Abstract

Potato digging shovel is an important part of potato harvester digging device,which can directly contact with the soil and dig out potatoes.In order to ensure efficient and stable harvest in hilly areas,the comprehensive performance of potato digging shovel is very important to the whole harvest process.ANSYS Workbench is used to analyze the stress,strain and deformation nepho-gram of potato digging shovel,and the feature size is selected and verified.The functional relationship between characteristic param-eters and results is established based on response surface method and the candidate solution set is obtained by multi-objective genet-ic algorithm.According to the design requirements and optimization purposes,the optimal solution is selected.Before and after opti-mization,the total deformation is reduced by 24.88%,the total stress is reduced by 21.40%,and the mass is reduced by 4.58%.At the same time,the total deformation and total stress are obviously reduced.The comprehensive performance of potato digging shovel is improved.It provides a theoretical basis for subsequent experiments and production.
