Abstract
The locking hook is the connecting component of the self-pushing mechanism and the compression mechanism of the garbage press,which plays an important role in locking.It is of great significance to improve the comprehensive strength of the locking hook to ensure the safe operation of the whole equipment.This paper performes the static analysis of the locking hook on the Workbench platform to obtain the stress,strain and deformation cloud diagram.It carries out the sensitivity analysis of the design pa-rameters,and screenes out the parameters which have a greater influence on the target results,constructes the approximate function-al relationship between the design parameters and the target results by response surface method.It establishes the mathematical mod-el of the locking hook optimization,obtaines the Pareto solution set of the optimization design by using the multi-objective genetic algorithm,and determines the optimal design point.The results show that the maximum stress value decreases by 11.2%,the maxi-mum deformation decreases by 16.9%,and the comprehensive strength of the locking hook is greatly improved.关键词
