摘要

Abstract

In order to achieve educational modernization,the path of teacher growth is endless.The rapid development of the digital era needs the support of a strong teacher team,and the quality of the teacher team directly affects the quality of talent training.Based on the background and characteris-tics of the digital transformation of education,it is believed that the necessary qualities of future teachers should include professional qualities,humanistic qualities,information qualities and interdisciplinary qualities.This study puts forward suggestions for the growth and development of teachers,that is,stimulating teachers'initiative,with the focus on their own growth;technology empowering education environment,with the focus on the cultivation of students'personality;actively creating a collaborative education platform to share educational resources;reforming the teacher evaluation system to a-chieve multiple evaluation of teachers'development.
