Paths of Professional Growth of Rural Teachers under the Background of Rural Talent Revitalization
摘要
Abstract
The revitalization of rural talents is the key to rural revitalization,and as an important talent support for rural revitalization,the professional growth of rural teachers is of great significance to the quality of rural education and the revitalization of rural talents.However,the professional growth of rural teachers is currently faced with many difficulties,and exploring a path suitable for the professional growth of rural teachers has become an urgent problem to be solved in the context of rural revitalization.This article starts with an analysis of the current situation of professional growth of rural teachers,explores the limiting factors of professional growth of rural teachers,and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.关键词
