摘要

Abstract

The construction of practical abilities for social work teachers has become a key factor in improving the quality of talent cultivation in the field of social work.Due to the complexity of social groups and the variability of social service demands,continuously carrying out continuing education has become an effective way to promote the professional construction of the team.On the basis of analyzing the current development status of practical abilities of social work teachers,this article proposes four improvement paths for continuing education practice,including knowledge updating,practical skills,"double-qualified teachers",and synchronous practice between teachers and students.
