摘要

Abstract

Lifelong learning is not only related to an individual's sustained growth and adaptability,but also an important driving force for social pro-gress and innovation.The professional development and teaching abilities of university teachers,knowledge transmitters and pioneers of innovation,have a direct impact on the quality of education and teaching,even the education level of the next generation,the overall level of education as well as the quali-ty of the whole people.Therefore,exploring and implementing effective college teacher continuing education strategies can stimulate their enthusiasm for continuous learning and therefore better promote the development of lifelong learning for the whole people.Based on this,this article elaborates on the col-lege teacher continuing education strategies in the context of promoting lifelong learning for the whole people from different perspectives.
