Abstract
The future society will be one with high modern risks,high level of intelligence,and high requirements for skilled talents.These changes will trigger fundamental changes in the work world,and thus affect the transformation and development of the models of training vocational education tal-ents.As the main participants in vocational talent cultivation,vocational education teachers are faced with enormous challenges.Therefore,higher"knowl-edge integration ability","information literacy ability",and"comprehensive education ability"will become essential competences for vocational educa-tion teachers to adapt themselves to future social development.However,in reality,imbalanced knowledge structure,lack of information literacy,and in-sufficient endogenous motivation among vocational education teachers still constrain their growth and development.Based on this,firstly,it is necessary to design multi-dimensional teacher training programs to ensure the integrity of the knowledge structure of vocational education teachers;secondly,it is nec-essary to create an artificial intelligence environment to enhance the information literacy of teachers;and thirdly,it is necessary to establish a sound hierar-chical incentive system that can stimulate the endogenous motivation for teachers to develop independently.关键词
