摘要

Abstract

According to the issues of high bandgap width and low gas sensitivity of pure zinc oxide(ZnO),doping of zinc oxide with sulfur(S)using thioacetamide as the sulfur source via a hydrothermal method was employed to prepare zinc oxide nano-sheet structures.sulfur doped zinc oxide nanomaterials were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and the gas sensing properties were further investigated.The results show that compared with pure zinc oxide samples,different sulfur doping mass fractions have different effects on the gas sensing performance of zinc oxide.Among them,with a sulfur doping mass fraction of 1.57%,the gas sensing performance of zinc oxide structure is the best,with a sensitivity to ethanol gas of 9.25 and the shortest response time(14 s)and recovery time(4 s).
