Abstract
The cadre education and training work in the new era is the inevitable requirement of inheriting the Par-ty's fine tradition,exploring the law of cadre's growth and development in the new era and promoting the Chinese path to modernization.The work of cadre education and training in the new era has made great progress in a series of important issues such as guiding principle,purpose and task,training target,content system,training process and guarantee system.In the cadre education and training work in the new era,it is necessary to stick to historical think-ing,and continue to develop and innovate fine traditions;to adhere to dialectical thinking,and strengthen the aware-ness of the problem;to adhere to strategic thinking and a holistic approach;to adhere to the innovative thinking and promote the high-quality development.关键词
