Logical basis,value implications and practice guidelines of great Founding Spirit of the Party in cultivating newcomers of era
摘要
Abstract
Judging from the theory,cultivating the newcomers of the era is consistent with the great Founding Spirit of the Party in cultivating goal,cultural genes,and cultivating contents.In terms of realistic field,the great Founding Spirit of the Party has an important leading role in cultivating the cognition,behavior,will and emotion of the new-comers of the era,and it is the fundamental guideline in shaping young students'ideals and beliefs,improving their sense of mission and duty,enhancing their spirit of struggle,and enhancing their loyalty to the Party and the people.In terms of practical guidance,strengthening the role of main front of school education,making full use of the"social classroom"based on the reality,innovating the new talents cultivating modes of Internet,and constructing a pattern of cultivating newcomers with multiple subjects are the upgrading paths of cultivating newcomers of the era with the great Founding Spirit of the Party.关键词
