Research progress on the biological basis of HDL transport to liver and its application as drug carrier
摘要
Abstract
The development of biomimetic nanoparticle drug delivery systems is an emerging field with enormous poten-tial for efficient drug delivery.High density lipoprotein(HDL),as a natural nanocarrier,possesses features such as high transport efficiency,high safety,specific targeting,and strong penetrabillity,making it a potential drug carrier.The research on HDL-based nanoparticle drug delivery systems is increasingly gaining attention.This article reviewed the biological basis of HDL,including its composition,structure,metabolism,and its current status of research and application as a drug carrier of reconstituted HDL.The aim of this article is to provide new ideas for the in-depth study of HDL as drug carrier materials.关键词
