高强度竹材定向刨花板刨花参数优化
Particle Parameters Optimization for High Strength Bamboo Oriented Strand Boards

Abstract
The effects of particle's thickness,width,lap length and green part percentage on the mechanical properties of bamboo oriented strand boards are investigated using particles made from moso bamboo as raw materials.The results show:1)The boards prepared with particle 0.7-0.9 mm thick are better in mechanical properties;2)1/3 of the particle having a lap length help improve the toughness of boards;3)Long particle with a width of 10-30 mm contributes to higher strength of boards;and 4)the presence of particle made from the green part of bamboo would significantly reduce the mechanical properties of boards.This study provides a reference and the theoretical support for the engineering application of bamboo oriented strand board.关键词
