中国式现代化背景下农业强国的内涵特征与建设路径
Connotative characteristics and construction path of agricultural power in the context of Chinese path to modernization
摘要
Abstract
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes to accelerate the construction of an agricultural strong country,which is of great significance for the comprehensive construction of a socialist modernized strong country.In the context of Chinese path to modernization,the agricultural power is different from the international concept.Its connotation originates from China's soil.Fully consider the unique issues in the process of China's agricultural development,and understand the agricultural power and its construction based on the characteristics of Chinese path to modernization.In the con-text of Chinese path to modernization,the characteristics of agricultural power are embodied in the world track,and under the in-ternational agricultural development coordinate system,horizontal benchmarking with the world agricultural power can be carried out from the five levels of strong supply guarantee,strong scientific and technological equipment,strong business system,strong industrial resilience,and strong competitiveness,which can more specifically solve obstacles and remedy weaknesses,and more guide the construction of agricultural power.To achieve this,it is necessary to comprehensively consolidate the foundation of na-tional food security,strengthen the innovation of agricultural science and technology at a deeper level,construct a modern agricul-tural management system from multiple dimensions,enhance the resilience of the agricultural industry chain with high quality,comprehensively enhance the high-level opening up of agriculture to the outside world,and truly implement the Party's compre-hensive leadership in building a strong agricultural country.关键词
