长三角数字经济赋能乡村振兴机制与路径设计
The mechanism and path design of digital economy empowering rural revitalization in the Yangtze River delta region
摘要
Abstract
The rapid development of digital economy has injected new momentum into rural revitalization.Based on the panel da-ta of three provinces and one city in the Yangtze River Delta region from 2012 to 2021,the evaluation index system of digital economy and rural revitalization was constructed,and the fixed effect and mediation effect models were used to test the mecha-nism of empowering rural revitalization,and the results showed that a 1%increase in the level of digital economy would lead to a 0.1%increase in the level of rural revitalization.Human capital and technological innovation are important mechanisms for digital economy to empower rural revitalization.The regional heterogeneity test found that the effect of digital economy in empowering rural revitalization was Zhejiang Province,Jiangsu Province and Anhui Province in an descending order.Therefore,in order to promote the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas in the Yangtze River Delta region,it is necessary to focus on the develop-ment of the digital economy and give play to its efficient driving role,further build human capital and provide a highly qualified workforce,continue technological innovation to stimulate the internal development momentum of the countryside,and adapt mea-sures to local conditions and implement differentiated development strategies.关键词
