中国式现代化视域下农村基层治理法治化研究
Study on legalization of rural grass-roots governance from the perspective of Chinese modernization
摘要
Abstract
The Rural Revitalization Promotion Law of the People's Republic of China inherited the victory of the overall poverty alleviation battle and came into being at the critical moment of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.With the deepening of the degree of Chinese-style modernization,in line with the inevitable requirements of high-quality development in the new era,the rural revitalization promotion law must not only strictly comply with the rural revitalization strategy,but also comply with the"integration of three governance",and ensure the effective realization of the rule of law in rural grass-roots gover-nance.Although the rule of law in rural grass-roots governance has multiple values such as rural justice and governance order,in the process of realizing and promoting it,it still needs to pay attention to the problems of"three rural areas and farmers",and use multiple means such as legislation system,law enforcement supervision,dispute resolution and talent training to deal with the ex-isting obstacles of rule of law in governance,and improve the rule of law in rural grass-roots governance.Efforts will be made to modernize the rural governance system and realize rural revitalization.关键词
