治理性自组织参与村庄治理的社会基础
The social basis of governance self-organization participating in village governance
摘要
Abstract
Self-organization of governance is an important force to realize effective rural governance.Under the background of the urgent need to improve the governance capacity at the grass-roots level,the self-organization of governance has become the development focus of many villages.Using the theory of collaborative governance,this study focuses on how a governance self-organization comes into being,how it works and what its role is in governance.This paper expounds the social basis of this kind of self-organization participating in village governance.The research shows that the social basis of governance self-organization in-cludes three parts:organizational conditions corresponding to the mobilization of village management,content conditions corre-sponding to the fit of governance affairs and governance structure,and institutional conditions corresponding to the implementa-tion of village rules and conventions and the establishment of internal rules.In order to achieve sustainable development and pro-mote effective rural governance,governance self-organization should be adjusted according to different social bases.关键词
