经胸右心声学造影对偏头痛卵圆孔未闭患者右向左分流及分流程度的检测价值研究
Detection value of right-to-left shunt and shunt degree in migraine patients with patent foramen ovale by contrast-transthoracic echocardiography

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the value of contrast-transthoracic echocardiography(cTTE)in the detec-tion of right-to-left shunt and shunt degree of migraine patients with patent foramina ovale(PFO).Methods:A total of 125 migraine patients were selected and divided into PFO group(53 cases)and non-PFO group(72 cases)accord-ing to whether they had PFO or not.The detection rates on right-to-left shunt of TTE and cTTE under Valsalva ac-tion and cTTE under resting state were compared.The detection rates of cTTE in different PFO shunt degree classi-fication were compared between resting state and Valsalva action.The headache impact test-6(HIT-6)scores of pa-tients with different PFO shunt grades were compared.Results:The incidence of PFO was 42.40％.The detection rate of cTTE for right-to-left shunt of PFO under Valsalva action was higher than that cTTE under resting state and TTE under Valsalva action(all P＜0.05).The detection rate of cTTE with grade Ⅲ shunt degree under Valsalva ac-tion was higher than that under resting state(P＜0.05).The HIT-6 scores of PFO patients with grade Ⅲ shunt de-gree were higher than those of PFO patients with grade 0,Ⅰ and Ⅱ(all P＜0.05).Conclusion:The detection rates of cTTE in migraine PFO patients with right-to-left shunt and grade Ⅲ shunt degree are higher under Valsalva action and the shunt degree is related to the severity of migraine.关键词
