奥美拉唑在分泌性中耳炎合并咽喉反流患者中的治疗价值
Therapeutic value of omeprazole in patients with secretory otitis media combined with laryngopharyngeal reflux

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic value of omeprazole in patients with secretory otitis media(SOM)combined with laryngopharyngeal reflux(LPR).Methods:A total of 82 patients with unilateral or bilateral SOM combined with LPR were selected and divided into treatment group(35 cases)and control group(47 cases)ac-cording to different treatment regiments.All patients were given tympanocentesis combined with nasal hormones,oral mucostimulants and antihistamines for one month.Patients in the treatment group were also given anti-reflux education and an adequate course of omeprazole anti-reflux intervention.The patients were followed up for 3 months,and the air bone gap,seven-item eustachian tube dysfunction questionnaire(ETDQ-7)score and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:The air bone gap in 1 to 3 months after treatment was lower than that before treatment(all P＜0.05).The air bone gap in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group at 1 to 3 months after treatment(all P＜0.05).The ETDQ-7 scores in the first 1 to 3 months after treatment in both groups were lower than those before treatment(all P＜0.05).The ETDQ-7 score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group at 1 to 3 months after treatment(all P＜0.05).At 2 and 3 months after treatment,the total effective rates of the treatment group were higher than that of the control group(all P＜0.05).Conclusion:For SOM patients with LPR,omeprazole can improve the function of pharyngotympanical tube,improve the hearing level and the therapeutic effect of SOM.关键词
