冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入术治疗前后患者血清肺炎衣原体抗体IgA、超敏C-反应蛋白、血管生成素-2变化及预后预测价值研究
Changes of serum CP-IgA,hs-CRP and Ang-2 levels and their predictive value of prognosis in patients with coronary heart disease before and after percutaneous coronary intervention

Abstract
Objective:To explore the changes of serum chlamydia pneumoniae antibody-IgA(CP-IgA),hyper-sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and angiogenin-2(Ang-2)levels and their predictive value of prognosis in pa-tients with coronary heart disease(CHD)before and after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:A to-tal of 135 CHD patients were selected as the observation group,and divided into good prognosis group(119 cases)and poor prognosis group(16 cases)according to the prognosis of the patients.Another 135 healthy subjects were selected as control group.The serum levels of CP-IgA,hs-CRP and Ang-2 were compared between the observation group and the control group,before and after PCI in the observation group and two subgroups.The correlation be-tween serum CP-IgA,hs-CRP and Ang-2 and prognosis of CHD patients after PCI was analyzed.The prognostic val-ue of serum CP-IgA,hs-CRP and Ang-2 in patients with CHD after PCI was analyzed.Results:The levels of CP-IgA,hs-CRP and Ang-2 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P＜0.05).The serum CP-IgA and Ang-2 levels in observation group were decreased after PCI,and the serum hs-CRP level was in-creased after PCI(all P＜0.05).The levels of CP-IgA,hs-CRP and Ang-2 in the good prognosis group were lower than those in the poor prognosis group(all P＜0.05).Serum CP-IgA,hs-CRP and Ang-2 were positively correlated with the prognosis of CHD patients after PCI(all P＜0.05).The area under the curve(AUC)of serum CP-IgA,hs-CRP and Ang-2 independently predicted the prognosis of CHD patients after PCI was smaller than that of the three combi-nations(all P＜0.05).Conclusion:Serum CP-IgA,hs-CRP and Ang-2 levels are increased in CHD patients,while ser-um CP-IgA and Ang-2 levels are decreased and hs-CRP level is increased after PCI.Serum CP-IgA,hs-CRP and Ang-2 levels are increased in patients with poor prognosis,and the combination of these three levels has a higher prognostic value in patients with CHD after PCI.关键词
