贞芪扶正颗粒在不同疾病治疗中的作用研究进展
Research progress of Zhenqi Fuzheng granules in the treatment of different diseases
摘要
Abstract
Zhenqi Fuzheng granule is mainly composed of astragalus and ligustrum lacidum aiton,which is mainly used in the clinical treatment of neoplastic diseases(such as lung cancer,stomach cancer,colorectal cancer,liver cancer,etc.),which can improve the cellular immune function of patients,reduce the adverse reactions of radio-therapy and chemotherapy,and improve the general condition.The active ingredients of astragalus(total flavonoids of astragalus[TFA],astragalus Ⅳ[AS-Ⅳ],astragalus polysaccharide[APS],etc.)and the active ingredients of ligus-trum lacidum aiton(ligustrum vicaryi L.fruit polysaccharide[LVFP],specnuezhenide[SPN],oleanolic acid[OA],etc.)have certain effects on immune regulation,anti-tumor,cardiovascular protection,antioxidant,metabolic im-provement,anti-inflammatory and analgesic.In recent years,many studies have found that Zhenqi Fuzheng granules can be used in the adjuvant treatment of other diseases(such as severe pneumonia,pulmonary tuberculosis,hepatitis B virus,heart failure,etc.).This article reviews the effect of Zhenqi Fuzheng granules in the treatment of different diseases.关键词
