铁死亡在系统性红斑狼疮中的作用研究进展
Research progress on the role of ferrosis in systemic lupus erythematosus
摘要
Abstract
Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)is a diffuse connective tissue disease of unknown etiology asso-ciated with autoantibody production and inflammation.Iron death is a kind of cell death mode characterized by exces-sive accumulation of iron and excessive oxidation of lipids.The core of iron death mainly includes abnormal amino acid metabolism,lipid metabolism,iron metabolism and other metabolic abnormalities.At present,it has been found that a variety of immune cells closely related to SLE are closely related to iron death,and iron homeostasis and hepci-din,which maintains its balance,are also strongly related to SLE.This article reviews the mechanism of iron death and the potential relationship between iron death and SLE,and provides new ideas for the treatment of SLE.关键词
