巨噬细胞在心肌梗死中的作用研究进展
Research progress on the role of macrophages in myocardial infarction
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,myocardial infarction(MI)has been regarded as an inflammatory disease,and the in-flammatory response after MI affects the degree of myocardial damage and the remodeling of the heart structure.Macrophages play a key role in the process of inflammation.With functional plasticity,macrophages can be polarized into different phenotypes according to different microenvironments.They are mainly divided into pro-inflammatory M1 macrophages and anti-inflammatory M2 macrophages.Therefore,this article reviews the origin of macrophages,classical polarization theory,surface expression molecules and markers,relevant signaling pathways and their roles in myocardial infarction,including the role of macrophages in neovascularization and cardiomyocyte regeneration.关键词
