摘要

Abstract

The product distribution of gas,naphtha and hydrogenation tail oil under different cracking temperature was explored by using the method of cracking furnace calibration.The optimum temperature was obtained by selecting the best economic benefit point,considering the relatively good yield of high byproducts and the operation period of cracking furnace at the corresponding temperature.After data analysis,the optimal temperature of cracking gas in 1#cracking furnace is determined to be 860℃,and the optimal temperature of cracking hydrogenation tail oil in 6#cracking furnace is determined to be 810℃,and the P/E ratio is 0.6.The optimum temperature for cracking naphtha in 7#cracking furnace is 845℃,and the P/E ratio is 0.56.
