Abstract
The causes of abnormal fluctuation of solvent regeneration tower in residue hydrotreating unit were analyzed,and the optimization and adjustment measures were introduced,including adding demineralized water line on the top of the reflux drum of the regeneration tower,and adjusting operation parameters of regeneration tower,adding some fresh amine liquid and purifying amine liquid by using high precision filter technology.Finally,the product quality of the downstream device of the lean amine solution was qualified,and the SO2 emission of the tail gas of the heating furnace met the environmental protection requirements.关键词
