CPTPP数字贸易规则的内容特征及中国应对策略
Content Characteristics of CPTPP Digital Trade Rules and China's Countermeasures
摘要
Abstract
At present,international trade rules are in a period of restructuring,among which the key part is digital trade rules.Major economies are seeking to take the initiative in the formulation of digital trade rules,so as to win the opportunity in the new stage of the competition for the development of world trade.As a representative of high standard and high level of the dig-ital trade rules in Asian-Pacific region,the Comprehensive and Progressive Trans-Pacific Partnership(CPTPP)are bound to have a certain impact and challenge to the development of China's digital trade rules.CPTPP digital trade rules include four im-portant aspects:eliminating digital trade barriers,digital trade facilitation,network security and data security,and cross-bor-der data flow.They have three main characteristics:deepening traditional issues,introducing controversial issues,and reser-ving roundabout space.In this regard,China should accelerate the construction of digital trade legal system,actively participate in the formulation of international trade rules,and take the initiative in rule-making.关键词
