摘要
Abstract
In this paper,the synthetic processes of Crizotinib and its key chiral intermediate(S)-1-(2,6-dichloro-3-fluorophenyl)eth-anol were introduced,and the problems and advantages of each process were pointed out.Finally,the synthetic process was summarized.It pro-vides references for relevant readers to quickly understand the synthesis process of crizotinib and its key chiral intermediates.关键词
