Research Progress on the Sweet Taste of Smoke
摘要
Abstract
Sweetness is an important aspect of tobacco taste perception."Sweetness"can enhance the comfort of smoking and effectively improve the quality of smoking.This article combines domestic and foreign research progress to systematically review the sweet substances in smoking,the correlation between tobacco chemical composition and sweetness,sweetness detection and evaluation,tobacco"sweetening"technology and so on.The research progress on sweetness of cigarette smoke is reviewed.关键词
