刚性填埋场建设根据所处的地理位置、气候条件和使用特点,通常选择高性能混凝土.通过采用高掺粉煤灰、双掺粉煤灰和硅粉等方案进行C30高性能混凝土配合比试验,对混凝土的耐化学介质、自生体积变形及防渗性能进行试验,并对结果进行对比分析.室内试验结果表明,综合考虑工程建设周期、填埋场渗漏问题、防介质腐蚀等因素,建议优先采用单掺50%粉煤灰混凝土配合比进行施工.

High performance concrete is usually selected for construction of rigid landfill according to its geographical location,climatic condi-tions and service characteristics.In this paper,the mix proportion of C30 high performance concrete is tested by high fly ash,double fly ash and silica fume,and the chemical medium resistance,autogenous volume deformation and impermeability of concrete are tested,and carry on the contrast analysis to the result.Based on the results of indoor test,considering the factors such as construction period,leakage of landfill site and anti-corrosion of medium,it is suggested that the mixture ratio of 50%fly ash concrete should be adopted in construction.
