摘要

Abstract

In view of the problems of high-pressure water injection well,substandard injection and poor development effect of water injection in low permeability oilfield,on the basis of research and analysis of reservoir characteristics,reservoir conditions and surface matching,strain BHJ-04 with high Surfactant yield was selected from crude oil samples.The performance of the highly efficient microbial surfactant was analyzed by laboratory capillary flooding experiments,rock wettability tests,oil-water emulsification comparison,oil adhesion evaluation and core flooding simulation experiments.The results showed that the strain had good surfactant reversal,and the surface wettability of the rock sample soaked in the liquid changed to hydrophilicity,it can effectively reduce the oil-water interface tension and prevent the reservoir damage caused by water lock,and can effectively improve the recovery factor of core displacement process by 6%and the pressure drop of water injection well by 32.9%.The effect is obvious,and the research results can provide reference significance for enhancing oil recovery by depressurization and injec-tion in low permeability oilfield.
