Abstract
A medium to low-grade phosphate ore in Kunming area belongs to a large layered phosphate rock deposit of marine sedimentation.A single reverse flotation test process was used to study its selectivity and optimal reagent system.The experimental results show that when the raw P2O5 grade is 24.46％and the MgO content is 5.58％,the ore is tested.When the grinding fineness is-0.074 mm and reaches 89.97％,the sulfuric acid dosage is 16.0 kg/t,the YP6 dosage is 2.0 kg/t,and the phosphoric acid dosage is 1.5 kg/t,using a single selection reverse flota-tion process can obtain a qualified phosphorus concentrate with a P2O5 grade of 31.07％,MgO content of 0.66％,and a P2O5 recovery rate of 89.95％.关键词
